This tool analyzes the percent epitope accessibility (PEA) of a peptide vaccine candidate. Input a file, specify epitopes, and get results on accessibility percentages.
Instructions for PEA Calculation
- Upload the .rsa file generated from the NACCESS tool, which contains the solvent-accessible surface area data.
- Specify the number of epitopes you wish to analyze in the "Number of Epitopes" field.
- For each epitope, enter the residue range in the format "start-end" (e.g., 51-65) in the corresponding fields.
- Click on the "Calculate PEA" button to initiate the analysis.
- The tool will calculate the Percent Epitope Accessibility (PEA) by comparing the accessibility of residues within the specified epitope ranges.
Note: Ensure that the .rsa file is properly formatted with solvent-accessibility values for accurate results.
